This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit the Nuclear Skills Plan website. The site is managed by the Ministry of Defence and has been developed with support from our external provider Cogent Ltd.
The site is designed to inform the nuclear sector about Nuclear Skills Plan activities and signpost ways to engage and support the initiative. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in a transparent and lawful way.
Please note this notice refers to your personal data, this is any information that could be used to identify you personally.
The Nuclear Skills Plan is led by the Nuclear Skills Executive Council, whose members consist of the Defence Nuclear Organisation (DNO), the Department for Energy, Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), the Royal Navy, Great British Energy – Nuclear, Rolls-Royce Defence, UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR), UK National Nuclear Laboratory (UKNNL), Babcock International, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), EDF, and BAE Systems.

After the retention period, has elapsed all data will be destroyed securely in line with MOD data destruction policy.
