Inspiring the Next Generation of Nuclear Professionals

A national campaign connecting talented people with nuclear careers

About Destination Nuclear

If you've ever wondered what it's like to work in the nuclear sector, Destination Nuclear is here to shine a spotlight on this vital industry that's fundamental to our nation's energy security, national security and environmental goals. As a nationwide campaign, we're on a mission to share the incredible range of career opportunities available and connect talented individuals with roles that make a real difference.

Born from the Nuclear Skills Plan, Destination Nuclear addresses one of our biggest challenges: by 2030, the UK nuclear sector needs an additional 40,000 skilled professionals, whilst also replacing people who leave the sector.

Through engaging communications, events, and direct outreach, we're reaching people who might never have considered a nuclear career – from school leavers to experienced professionals looking for their next challenge.
